Guests selecting this option will be sharing the home or condo, including the kitchen and common spaces, with other event attendees.

This option is ideal for those who do not mind sharing and want a luxury experience at a reduced cost.

 NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All housing payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions. 

 DEPOSIT OPTION

Guests may secure housing with a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Once a deposit is made:
• The room is removed from inventory
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by February 28th at 11:59 PM EST

If the balance is not paid in full by this deadline:
• The deposit is forfeited
• The booking is cancelled
• No refund
• No exchange
• The room returns to availability
